Orders are dispatched within two working days and delivered anywhere in India in three to six working days. Shipping is free above ₹2,500 and ₹120 flat below that. International orders go by DHL and take seven to fourteen working days, starting at ₹1,900, with customs duty payable on arrival.

Close, but not identical. Wood grain, glaze colour, dye depth and block print alignment vary slightly from piece to piece because everything is made by hand. If the difference is more than that, such as a crack, a warp or clearly wrong colour, send us a photo and we will replace it.

Email hello@xomexo.com with a photo of the item and the box within 72 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer, and you do not need to return the damaged piece.

Yes. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is payable by you unless the item was faulty or wrongly sent. Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be returned, and this is mentioned on those product pages.

Yes, from 12 pieces per product. Lead time is six to ten weeks because the batch has to be made to order. Write to trade@xomexo.com for trade pricing. We can add your company's gift card to each box, but we do not remove the artisan's name from the product.

UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets. All payments are processed on a secure gateway and we never store your card details. Cash on delivery is available on orders below ₹3,000 in selected pin codes.

Please write to makers@xomexo.com with photographs of your work, your location and the craft you practise. We visit every workshop before listing anything, so the process takes a few months, and we take on around four new families a year.
